Activities of Daily Living - The performance of the basic activities of self care, such as dressing, ambulation, eating, etc., in rehabilitation. |

Bibliotherapy - A form of supportive psychotherapy in which the patient is given carefully selected material to read. |

Early Ambulation - Procedure characterized by a shorter period of hospitalization or recumbency or by more rapid mobilization than is normally practiced. |
